In this project, we completely removed the entire front driveway, entrance and old sod area. Then, we installed a raised front patio area interconnected with the driveway border. We used Techoblock Blu 60 HD with black borders and a Raffinato retaining wall with black coping to match the interlocking. In the front patio, stairs and driveway border, we installed an In-lite design to make it safer and easier for you to enter your home at night. The In-lite design runs by a motion sensor when you arrive home late evening or night. We also installed Asphalt on the driveway, which matches the black garage doors and interlocking border beautifully.  Additionally, we installed the lush green Kentucky bluegrass and an in-ground sprinkler system that runs automatically with a rain sensor. The sprinkler system turns off automatically when there is rain in the forecast to keep the grass growing healthy all year round. We also pruned and reshaped all the trees and shrubs in the front yard to keep them growing healthier and easier to maintain.
